THE REAL FACTS OF STATEMENT NO #1-First of all, this permit that was granted on June 12, 2006 was withheld for 8 months illagelly PRIOR TO ISSUANCE, because of the RETAILATION, REVENGE, MALICE AND ANIMOSITY PROBLEM. Take a look at the evidence. The Wlodylo Family were asking for permits to demolish a DANGEROUS BUILDING for 8 months and had to SUE the City of Gardiner to get it. Jeff Kobrock was shown photos of the DANGEROUS BUILDING and FORCED THE WLODYLO FAMILY TO LIVE IN A DANGEROUS BUILDING FOR 8 MONTHS BECAUSE THE WLODYLO KITCHEN AND BATHROOM WAS LOCATED IN THE DANGEROUS BUILDING AND COULD NOT BE MOVED WITHOUT CITY PERMITS. The Wlodylo Family had to write a letter to DA EVERT FOWLE to try to get help to resolve the DANGEROUS BUILDING PROBLEM. The Mayor Brian Rines REFUSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING to the DA Evert Fowle. A copy of that letter is HERE. How can Jeff Kobrock and the City of Gardiner JUSTIFY FORCING THE WLODYLO FAMILY TO LIVE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS, LOOK AT THE PHOTOS YOURSELF, THE PHOTOS ARE HERE, THESE SAME PHOTOS WERE SHOWN TO JEFF KOBROCK , IT WAS RECORDED. These are the photos of the DANGEROUS BUILDING that the city INTENTIONALY FORCED THE WLODYLO'S TO LIVE UNDER FOR 8 MONTHS BECAUSE THE CITY REFUSED TO ISSUE PERMITS TO DEMOLISH AND TO MOVE THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. The intent of the city is truly MALICE. Look at the photos yourself, the city wants to destroy the Wlodylo Family. THE REAL FACTS OF STATEMENT NO #2- Here again is a PRIME EXAMPLE of another total lie by Jeff Kobrock and or the City. The FACTS are these, the Wlodylo KITCHEN and BATHROOM were located in the bad part TO BE DEMOLISHED as that part of the home was DANGEROUS see the photos HERE, after 8 months of lawsuits by the Wlodylo's the city finally agreed to issue permits, the kitchen and bathroom had to be MOVED to the other part of the home where it was safe, the CITY endangered the HEALTH AND SAFTEY OF THE WLODYLO FAMILY FOR 8 MONTHS STRAIGHT BEFORE ISSUING PERMITS ON JUNE 12, 2006, THE ENTIRE SEWER SYSTEM HAD TO BE MOVED FROM ONE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY TO THE OTHER, I MEAN ALL BRAND NEW, EVEN THE CONNECTION TO THE STREET HAD TO BE MOVED AND THE CITY HAD CAUSED NUMERIOUS DELAYS BECAUSE THEY WERE RIPPING UP THE ROAD AT THE TIME, ALL THE INTERIOR AS WELL AS EXTERIOR PLUMBING IS BRAND NEW. The installation of new sewer pipes required a lot of digging inside our garage as the new sewer pipes run through the garage, we even MADE A SPECIAL BACKHOE to dig inside our garage, see our BACKHOE HERE. Hard pack gravel and clay is extremely difficult to dig with pick and shovel. Needless to say our BACKHOE saved us a lot of work and time in digging. The entire water supply system including the meter and the connection to the city main, had to be MOVED to the other end of the property, in fact all the utilities were connected to or ran through the demolished part of the building, this included all electrical, service entrances, phone lines, all cables, had to be moved pursuant existing codes, in addition to having to move the BATHROOM and the KITCHEN we had to do all this before we could even begin to demolish the BAD part of the building we also had to make sure that the GOOD part of the building could WITH STAND the demolition process, otherwise both buildings would collapse. Jacking a building up takes a lot of time and experience, it should not be attempted by amateurs. We had to demolish the BAD part of our building by HAND because the two buildings were connected together. In addition to all the work that I have already described a drywell was installed to provide foundation drainage, concrete footings for our brand new decks were installed, the city tried to damage our construction and caused delays, the Judge issued a protection order against the City and Jeff kobrock. JEFF KOBROCK HAS NO IDEA OF WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. JEFF KOBROCK STATEMENTS ARE LIES BASED ON HIS REVENGE OF THE WLODYLO FAMILY.JEFF KOBROCK IS A LIAR, ISEN'T THAT CORRECT MR. KOBROCK? ONE FINAL NOTE- IN ADDITION TO ALL THE ABOVE WHILE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE CONSTRUCTING OUR HOME WE HAD TO STUDY LAW, BUY LAW BOOKS, FILE 1,000'S OF PAGES OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS, DO LEGAL BATTLE WITH 5 SEPERATE HIGH PRICED LAW FIRMS HIRED ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, JUST TO GET PERMITS IN THE FIRST PLACE AND TO PROVE AND DEFEND OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT WE HAD A LEGAL RIGHT TO IN THE FIRST PLACE AND IT ISEN'T OVER YET, BECAUSE THE WLODYLO SUIT IS NOW IN THE MAINE SUPREME COURT AND THE COURT IS GOING TO DECIDE IF THE CITY OF GARDINER HAS IMMUNITY FROM WRONGFUL ACTS AND IN ADDITION TO ALL THIS WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH KOBROCK'S LYING. THE CITY'S LAWSUIT AGAINST THE WLODYLO'S IS A COMPLETE LIE.

THE REAL FACTS OF STATEMENT NO #3- Here we go again more LYING BY MR. KOBROCK AND OR THE CITY. Exactly how does Mr. Kobrock intend to QUALIFY the statement he made in #3 above? MR. KOBROCK TALKS ABOUT THINGS HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT. He says it because it makes him feel good to slander the Wlodylo Family, isen't that correct Mr. Kobrock? Mr. Kobrock have you actually inspected the Wlodylo construction project other then the occosional drive by? MR. KOBROCK MAY I SUGGEST TO YOU THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE PUBLIC STATEMENTS UNLESS YOU QUALIFY YOUR STATEMENT. YOUR STAND ALONE STATEMENT ABOVE FAILS THE ACID TEST. IN OTHER WORDS PROVE IT OR SHUT UP. LYING STATEMENT NO #4 BY JEFF KOBROCK AND OR THE CITY- "On June 6, 2008 Mr. Wlodylo’s building permit was conditionally extended for a ninety day period. The conditions focused Mr. Wlodylo’s immediate attention on those items relating to the structural integrity of the building"
THE REAL FACTS OF STATEMENT NO #3- Here we go again more LYING BY MR. KOBROCK AND OR THE CITY. Here are the real facts of the matter. The permit was dated June 12, 2006 and was actually issued on June 15, 2006, because Cichowski back dated the permit to June 12, 2006. Cichowski backdated the permit because he was trying to stay within 14 days of his letter of May 31, 2006. City code says that the code officer must decide in writing within 14 days of the application for permits. The problem here is this, the original application for these permits dates back to November 23, 2005 not May 31, 2006. David P Cichowski WITHHELD the Wlodylo building permits for 6 months ILLEGALLY and LIED about it. The Wlodylo Family had to sue the city to get this permit.
